Something looks off in your schedule. A booking was changed or changed, a resource was moved, a project was updated, but you’re not sure when it happened or who did it. Tracking down the answer means asking around and hoping someone remembers.
With Audit Logs, you don’t have to guess. Every change made across eResource Scheduler is automatically recorded, giving you a clear, reliable trail of exactly what happened, when, and what it looked like before and after.
Audit Logs track all data changes across the entire system: bookings, resources, projects, users, settings everything. Every action is captured automatically in real time with no setup needed.
To open Audit Logs, go to Admin > Account > Audit Log. You’ll see a chronological list of all system activity, with the most recent changes at the top.
Each entry in the log shows:
Every log entry is clickable. Click on any entry to open a detailed view of that specific change, showing you exactly which fields were modified, what the values were before, and what they were updated to.
For example, if a booking was extended, the detail view will show you the original start and end dates alongside the new ones, so you can see precisely what shifted and by how much, without having to dig through anything manually.
Whenever something looks unexpected in your schedule, open Audit Logs first. Instead of asking your team what happened, find the record in the log, click in, and the full change history is right there.
A booking looks different than expected
Open Audit Logs, find the booking entry, and click in. You’ll see exactly who updated it, when, and what the original values were. No need to chase anyone for answers.
A resource’s availability has changed unexpectedly
Check the log to see if their profile was recently edited and exactly what was changed: capacity, working hours, or something else.
